Free-standing signage for your event, produced here at the resort or at our Phoenix facility and delivered to the room. Unlike the brandable areas of the property, these are things rather than places — so tell us how many.
Print-ready artwork two weeks before your start date for anything large. Smaller pieces can be days out — ask if it is tighter than that and we will tell you straight.
Every price here is a starting price. None of them is a quote. Size, material, quantity and how long a piece needs to stand all take the figure up from there, so tell us what you have in mind and we will price it properly.
Meterboards
Free-standing double-sided boards, roughly a metre wide. The usual choice for welcoming people at a registration desk or naming a session at its entrance.

Raceways
Tall, narrow free-standing panels on a weighted base. Good where a meterboard is too wide — beside a doorway, or lining a corridor at intervals.

This is a shortlist, not the catalog
These three come up most often, so they have prices you can budget against. They are nowhere near everything we make — banners, rigid signs, flags, banner stands, tradeshow displays, tents, table throws, stickers and window graphics all come out of the same shop.
If you have something specific in mind, or a photo of something you have used before, send it over and we will quote it. Bespoke is normal here rather than an exception.
Branding the room itself
Signage stands in a space; branding is applied to it. Doors, windows, archways, columns and walls across both ballrooms are priced separately, all-inclusive of installation and removal.
